ez Home Search, Inc. doing business as Sure Send ("Sure Send", "Company", "we", or "us") provides a platform and tools to enable Company's clients ("Clients", "you", or "your") to handle lead management and communications to Client's customers ("Customers") ("Platform", "Service" or "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent in how we handle your Personal Information (as defined below) during your use of the Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to Client's personal information we collect in the course of our business and provides information on our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and/or Confidential Information (as defined below) we receive from Clients. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Customers unless otherwise specified.
The Platform acts as a Controller regarding the personal data of its direct Clients. However, the Platform acts as a Processor when handling the data of the Customers entered into the CRM by the Client. For this data, Client is the Controller, and, as such, the Client's privacy policy governs that data.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
1. How Do We Collect Information and What Information Do We Collect?
A. We collect information about you ("Personal Information") in a variety of ways:

Directly from you when you provide it to us: We collect Personal Information when you register for our Services; when you provide Personal Information in setting up your account on the Platform; when you provide Personal Information to inquire about our Services; or when you communicate with us, such as to request information.

A. Rights for Consumers in Certain States

We will handle your request as required by your state's privacy laws. Before we can do so, we will need to verify your identity. To make a request, you will need to log in to your account so we can verify who you are. If you don't have an account or can't log in, we may not be able to find any of your personal data, but we will do our best to help.

C. How We Respond to "Do Not Track"
Many states require websites to honor a consumer's browser level requests not to track. At present, we only respond to specific Universal Opt Out Mechanisms (UOOM) such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Accordingly, the Company currently does not take any action in response to UOOM signals other than GPC. We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls and will be encrypted using SSL technology.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Services.
